High strength ceramsite sand is finely processed with high content of bauxite, mixed with some chemical agents and phase inversion agents, made into small round particles with different particle sizes, and sintered in high temperature. Under closing pressure, this product has high strength, low crushing rate, good sphericity and other characteristics.
